Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Prior to any return or exchange process, please make sure you email customerservice@brooklyngrace.com to move forward with the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (but we hope you love everything!), we accept returns within 30 days of your item being delivered. Any items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and all original tags must be attached.
All headwear is FINAL SALE (beanies and bows) so please make sure to double check sizing on our sizing page.
Some sale items might be considered final sale and cannot be returned. All items 40% off and over are considered final sale.
Any item that is purchased at full price and then later marked on sale is not subject to a refund of any amount or credited towards the sale price.
We unfortunately do not offer free returns at this time so to initiate a return:
1. Please make sure you meet the criteria stated above
2. Include your order number (found on your confirmation email or on your printed invoice) as well as your reason for return (ie wrong size) along with photos showing tags are still intact and item is in original condition.
3. Once we verify the return, use the carrier of your choice to ship it back to us.

Please allow 7-10 business days after package is received to process your return.
You will receive an online store credit via email once we receive your item. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
Simply email us at customerservice@brooklyngrace.com to initiate this process. Please include your order number and reason for return.

If an item was unable to be delivered and marked "return to sender," customer is responsible for paying for the new shipping label of their item.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time unless it is a defected item so we recommend initiating a return for store credit.
